Exchange Policy

At Kiyana Collections, we ensure high-quality 925 silver jewellery.
We currently do not offer returns or refunds. However, we provide an exchange option under specific conditions.


Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • It is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Exchange request is made within 1 day of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID) is provided

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, once opened)
  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.


Exchange Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will approve the exchange
  • The replacement product will be shipped within a few working days
  • Exchange is allowed only once per order

Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
  • We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item (if applicable)

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • Reason for exchange
  • Images (if required)
