Exchange Policy
At Kiyana Collections, we ensure high-quality 925 silver jewellery.
We currently do not offer returns or refunds. However, we provide an exchange option under specific conditions.
Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- It is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Exchange request is made within 1 day of delivery
- Proof of purchase (Order ID) is provided
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, once opened)
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery
- Items purchased during sale or clearance
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.
Exchange Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will approve the exchange
- The replacement product will be shipped within a few working days
- Exchange is allowed only once per order
Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
- We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item (if applicable)
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
